1) You must be a fan of the series Mahou no Stage Fancy Lala...Why would you be here if you weren't?
2) You must supply a name of some sorts. Wither it be a real name or nickname, I don't care, any name is fine ^^.
3) You must supply your country (this is a require ment at TAFL).
4) You must have a valid e-mail address to join.
5) Optional: If you have a website please pick up a code and put it somewhere on your webpage. They only requirement I have for websites is that your site is not a cjb address, please supply the oringal URL instead!
